I have worked with Norsan now for seven years. Having started off as a server at Frontera and Frankie's the Steakhouse I can attest that the potential for growth is exponential. The leaders around you push you to be the best version of yourself and this is by far my favorite part of working for the company. I had opportunities at a fairly young age to lead others and I am now a General Manager for Luciano's. Norsan puts trust in their employees when they see potential and this drives you to work even harder. Norsan does a great job shaping their employees for the future and you should be very excited to be part of the team! To say I am lucky to be part of the family is an understatement.
